Inspired by the Inductees of the National Inventors Hall of Fame, our educational programs are designed to impact young minds through fun, hands-on activities infused with the spirit of innovation. These immersive enrichment programs are led by local, certified educators and promote STEM concepts, as well as 21st century learning skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and creative problem solving.

Each age-appropriate program we offer embraces its own unique characteristics, but what ties them all together is an exciting environment with no wrong answers, a chance to brainstorm with peers, and an opportunity to build confidence in the natural ability to dream and create.

Preschool

Invention Playground is a fun, educational program that takes a child’s natural curiosity and transforms it into innovative thinking through imagination and play.

K-6TH GRADE

During the summer, children are empowered to have big ideas while they take on challenges that inspire them to question, brainstorm, collaborate with teammates, and build amazing invention prototypes. No matter what your child wants to be when he or she grows up, Camp Invention sets a foundation for creativity, innovation, and problem solving that will serve him or her well, whatever path he or she chooses.

Club Invention is an exciting afterschool program based on the same guiding principles as Camp Invention. Children work in teams to creatively brainstorm on ways to solve everyday challenges and enhance their understanding of essential STEM concepts.

6TH-9TH GRADE

Invention Project takes middle schoolers all the way through the product development life cycle. Working in teams, young innovators get the opportunity to be entrepreneurs, from concept to prototype to packaging. Then, they’ll market and pitch their ideas to mock investors!

Counselor-in-Training

7TH-9TH GRADE

Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program enables your seventh-through-ninth grader to participate in our Camp Invention program in a whole new way. It’s still a week of creativity and hands on fun, but now there is leadership training and goal-setting skills built in.

Leadership Intern

High school & college students

For high school sophomores through seniors and even college students, a Leadership Internship is the ultimate resume and college application builder. This is a chance to hone mentoring skills, obtain valuable leadership skills, and gain intellectual property knowledge. Both Camp Invention and Invention Project programs need great Leadership Interns, but space is limited.

Our programs don’t stop at the student level. Parents seek schools with curriculum that bring science, technology, engineering, and math to the forefront. That’s why the National Inventors Hall of Fame created professional development programs and workshops.
