
National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation
The National Inventors Hall of Fame® Foundation is the premier not-for-profit organization in America dedicated to recognizing, honoring and encouraging invention and creativity. The Hall of Fame was founded in 1973 and since then has inducted 405 men and women responsible for the great technological advances that make human, social, and economic progress possible.
The Foundation operates numerous programs through its subsidiaries including the National Inventors Hall of Fame Museum at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Collegiate Inventors Competition®, and Invent Now® Kids. It also produces programs and events in cooperation with the United States Patent and Trademark Office such as the annual Independent Inventors Conference, the Club Invention program, museum exhibits, and the Inspiring Invention Ad Council campaign (www.inventnow.org).
