ACCOUNTING INTERN

The Position:
As an Accounting intern, you will work with the Finance team in providing support for Invent Now’s Camp Invention, a nationally recognized enrichment summer day camp program serving over 65,000 children annually. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve compensation issues and questions, verify web registrations for accuracy, and cash batch processing
• Process refunds
• Assist with Accounts Payable input and scanning of checks
• Provide general administrative support; generate high volume of checks
• General filing

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient user of Excel; accounting software experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to remain focused when working in close proximity to other staff members
• Previous office experience preferred

This position will run from approximately June 2013 to August 2013, offering approximately 25 to 35 hours and is based out of Invent Now offices located at 3701 Highland Park NW, N. Canton, Ohio.
